Markus läuft seit 20 Jahren. Laufen ist für ihn der Ausgleich zum anspruchsvollen Beruf. Wenn er die Laufschuhe schnürt und sich an der frischen Luft bewegt, pflegt er nicht nur seine Fitness, sondern macht auch den Kopf frei für neue Ideen und kreative Problemlösungen. Je älter er wird, desto länger werden seine Laufstrecken. Er bestreitet kaum Rennen, denn das Training ist für ihn das Wichtigste. Markus wird für einen guten Zweck laufen! Sein Lauf-Palmarès: 5x Bieler 100 km, 1x Basel 24h, 3x Swiss-Alpin Davos (78.5 km), 1x Thunstetten – Genua (650 km), 1x Rorschach – Genf (480 km).
